In Bloom Supervision, LLC has been created by two licensed professional counselors offering expertise and support to aspiring counselors seeking to obtain their licensure. With years of experience in the mental health field among diverse populations, we are dedicated to providing high-quality clinical supervision to individuals on their path to becoming Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).  Supervision is provided virtually on a HIPAA compliant platform.

As LPCs and Educational Specialists, our partnership brings a wealth of knowledge in various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy. We aim to guide our supervisees through the complexities of client care, ethical decision-making, and professional development, ensuring that each individual is well-prepared for independent practice.

In addition to direct supervision, we offer a supportive environment where developing counselors can discuss casework, navigate challenges, and build confidence in their clinical skills.
